Nimbus Notes includes an assistant that can summarise your notes and suggest text. That content is generated with artificial-intelligence models and is labelled “AI-generated” in the interface.
2. Classification under the EU AI Act
The Nimbus Notes assistant is a limited-risk system under the EU AI Act: you are interacting with an AI, and that is why we tell you clearly (transparency obligation under art. 50).
3. What you should keep in mind
- Generated content may contain errors: review it before using it for important decisions.
- Your notes are not used to train third-party models.
- You can turn the assistant off in your account settings.
