1. Who we are

Nimbus S.L. (“Nimbus Notes”) operates the note-taking application available at nimbus.app. Contact: hello@nimbus.app. By creating an account you accept these terms.

2. The service

Nimbus Notes lets you create, organise and sync notes across devices. We offer a free plan with storage limits and a paid plan with additional features.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be at least 14 years old to use the service.

4. Your content

Your notes are yours. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and sync them for the sole purpose of providing the service. We do not use your content for advertising or share it with third parties except where legally required.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal activities, to store content that infringes third-party rights, or to interfere with the infrastructure.

6. Payments and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

7. Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing here affects your non-waivable consumer rights.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from settings; you may export your notes first. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer, you are additionally protected by the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
