The snippet doesn't show up on my site
Make sure the script tag is inside <head> and published. Then use Dashboard → your app → Check installation — it verifies your domain live and tells you exactly what it found. On Lovable/Bolt/v0, ask the chat to add the script to index.html and re-publish.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Dashboard → Billing → Manage subscription opens the Stripe portal where you can switch plans, update the card or cancel (effective at the end of the period). No emails needed.
Are the documents legal advice?
No. Documents are 100% AI-generated against current regulations and clearly labeled as such. They are solid starting points that we keep updated, but they are not legal advice — review them before publishing and consult a lawyer for specific situations.
How do I delete an app or my data?
Dashboard → Settings → Danger zone deletes an app and everything attached to it (documents, banner config, consent log). For full account deletion or data export, email us and we will process it within 30 days (GDPR).
My app changed — do I need to regenerate?
Usually not manually: if GitHub or a deploy hook is connected we re-scan automatically and flag drift. You can always force it from your app → Regenerate & review.
