Terms of Service — LexVibe

Last updated: July 17, 2026 · Drafted with AI — the same transparency standard we apply to every document we generate. The English version is the binding one.

1. Who we are & acceptance

LexVibe ("LexVibe", "we") operates golexvibe.com and the associated services. Contact: hola@golexvibe.com · support at golexvibe.com/support. By creating an account, using the free checker, installing the widget or connecting an integration you accept these terms. If you use LexVibe on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind it.

2. The service

LexVibe generates, hosts and keeps updated legal documents (privacy policy, terms, cookie policy, AI notices), provides a cookie-consent widget with script blocking, EU AI Act classification tooling, per-app monitoring (re-scans, drift detection), and integrations (GitHub, Vercel, deploy hooks, outgoing webhooks, MCP for AI coding agents).

3. 100% AI-generated content — no legal advice

All documents LexVibe generates are produced entirely by AI against current regulations and have not been reviewed by a human lawyer. They are drafts and helpers, clearly labeled as such, and do not constitute legal advice or create a lawyer-client relationship. You are responsible for reviewing documents before publishing them and for your app's ultimate compliance. For specific situations, consult a qualified lawyer.

4. Your account & obligations

5. Your content & intellectual property

You own your app's information and the documents generated for you — use them freely, with or without LexVibe. You grant us the licence needed to host and serve them (your hosted pages, badge and consent records) while you use the service. The LexVibe software, brand, widget and site remain ours; nothing here transfers them.

6. Billing, trials & withdrawal

Paid plans are billed by Stripe. Trials convert automatically unless cancelled; you can cancel anytime from the billing portal, effective at the end of the period. One-time unlocks apply to the specific app they were purchased for. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, effective on your next renewal.

EU/UK consumers: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For subscriptions, you may withdraw within 14 days of first purchase for a full refund if you have not yet used paid features. By requesting immediate generation or unlock (one-time AI purchase), you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the documents have been generated for you.

7. Availability & changes to the service

We aim for high availability but the service is provided without an uptime guarantee. Hosted documents and the widget are served via CDN and degrade gracefully. We may improve or change features; if a change materially reduces what you pay for, we will notify you and you may cancel with a pro-rated refund of the unused period.

8. Termination

You can delete apps (Dashboard → Settings) or your account (email us) at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practicable. After termination we delete or return your data as described in the Privacy Policy; hosted documents stop being served.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, LexVibe's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for regulatory outcomes arising from unreviewed AI-generated documents, which are provided as drafts, nor for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including consumers' statutory rights, fraud, or wilful misconduct).

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in-app at least 15 days in advance; continued use after the effective date is acceptance. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.

11. Law & venue

Spanish law; courts of Spain — without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and the courts of your country of residence where those rules apply to you as a consumer.
